I had booked a ticket on 18-1-2021 from Kolkata to New Delhi through TRAVOLOOK (https://www.travolook.in/) and the payment was done, but immediately I received following mail from "support@travolook.in" ----> Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF048292969
Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at 0124-643-4800 or send us an email at support@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you. In Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed. Since then I have been writing to them and they are confirming that payment will be processed within 3-4 days, but so far it has not been done. The amount o be refunded is Rs.3610/-
