Consumer Redressal

i have booked flight today on 15-03-2021 from Ahmedabad to Bangalore , but while reaching at Bangalore indigo representative told me your baggage is kept at Ahmedabad only ,so you have to go back and received while check in at Ahmedabad representative (Bhumi) told me you will receive your baggage at Bangalore . whole day they pass and also due to flight person problem i have cancel my connecting flight also finally i have send my person over there and booked new flight now by investing my own money . please provide men solution how I can get refund and where i can approach to raise complaint against .
