Consumer Redressal

I had booked tickets in Feb '2020 to travel to Mumbai in April 2020 from the Spice Jet portal. Due to Cornovirus was not able to take the flight as the Government had imposed restrictions, as well as flights, were canceled. A Credit Schell was givwen till Mar 31 2021. Traveling to Mumbai is now impossible due to the persistence of the epidemic. Hence had requested for a refund. They say the refund is processed I will get it in 10 days from Feb 2021. So far I have not got the refund. I have been mailing to the Appellate authority about this but still, I have not got the refund. I have been communicating with them from Dec 2020 so far I have not got the refund. Can you please resolve this and get me the refund immediately. Spice Jet is not refunding me the money that has caused so much stress. They are saying but cheating me.
