I had booked flight to Goa on 18.02.2020 from Goibibo for the travel in the month of July-2020 through Air India airlines.
My booking Id is GOFLDAND87D391582018746.
I have been following up for the refund since March-2020. Its been a year & i have still not received the refund.
Why Air India & Goibibo trying to deny refund by shifting the liability on one another.
I need my money back. I am paying interest on this amount.
