Respected Sir, I am the wife of late Nellore Venkata Subbaiah, he died on 1986, later I am drawing my monthly Family Pension to till date, through State Bank of India, Court Street, Kavali Branch, Kavali,Post, Nellore District, vide my S.C. Railway Old PPO.No.3413/SCR/FP/BZA, the VIIth Pay Commission New Revised PPO not received to till date, where I am receiving my Family Pension , vide Pension A/c.No.10905853129, IFSC Code No.SBIN0000858. I requested the Chief Manager, CPPC Section, Gunfoundary, Amaravathi Circle, they have not given my New PPO Original or Certified Xerox copy. I represented letters to them, but not supplied to me till date. Kindly advise to the SBI/CPPC Section/Gunfoundary/Amaravathi Circle, Hyderabad. It is very essential to me and my family members.
