I want to make a Complaint against Jukaso Journey, they sold out a travel plan to me on several false commitments and after taking the amount, they are not ready to co-operate any more. Neither they pick calls of the customers nor they provide any kind of service to the Customers. They only make false commitment and take money from the customers. There are thousands of negative feedback against them on google. Hon'ble authority is requested to take suitable action against them. I have paid them an amount of approx 1 lakh.
