Issue raised on 13-11-2021 in NBH-COMP/7639/2020, but no action till now. Please check and try to help me out with this BIG SCAM. There are many people affected due to this SCAM, Karrm infrastructure Pvt. Ltd taken loan from Various bank based on customer documents without informing to them. There is crores of amount has been taken from Financial Institution and now they are not paying to bank nor EMI however end user like me have been penalised by spoiling our credit score in CIBIL without no fault ..I would request you please look into this matter.....instead of bank suffer due to this Sacm. Now bank are sharing the letter (Tripartite agreement ), it was not shared with us when it’s supposed to be informed. We had a booked a property with Karrm infrastructure Pvt. Ltd in 2016, but they had never said that their will be any loan on our name (we were paying Rs. 5000/- to Karrm and it was being debited through ECS to Karrm's Account and not to Aspire, later we stopped it as Karrm was not responding and they had not started the construction as well) but loan amount is credited to Karrm infrastructure's account from Aspire Home Finance however property is not registered yet even they have not started the construction yet. we have already payed around 540000/- from our pocket which is also with Karrm and they had applied three home loans (details given below) on our names, however Karrm is not ready to speak to us. We had cancelled the property 22-09-2018, then too loan is showing against our name in CIBIL NO EMI was debited from our account to Aspire, we do not have any notification or communication for default on said loans from Aspire, but now Aspire is saying us to pay the pending EMI because Karrm infrastructure is not paying the same that’s why our name is reflecting in CIBIL. Due to this our credit score is showing low and hence we are facing difficulties in taking fresh loans. These type of people became a rich after harassing the middle class family. I would request you to please check review for both the company where manys middle class or Low class family suffering a lots. Some of family getting the threating calls from Bank(Based on reviews available on ineternet). On daily basis we chase both the companies, but not getting any proper response. Aspire Motiala Oswal saying us make a payment then only our name will be remove from CIBIL. Hence, I would request you to give your serious attention on this serious issue and take immediate legal action on the fraudsters involved in this malicious crime of cheating innocent people.
