My name is Ms Sumana Baruri. I had booked an air ticket with Go AIr from Bangalore to Lucknow in April 2020. The PNR for this ticket is J7NL8J Due to the lockdown situation the flight was ultimately cancelled. I have been trying to get a refund for the amount of Rs 8280. I have been trying to contact Go Air and speak to them but everytime they say that they have raised the refund and it will get credited in 5-7 working days. Due to this my credit card bill is getting affected.
I feel that I have been mentally harassed by Go Air. Now I want to raise to complaint and sue Go Air. I want a compensation of Rs 1 lakh for this.
