Dear Sir,
Greetings.
I have taken subscription from Vakil Search (https://vakilsearch.com/) for various accounting services @Rs. 2499/month. In the month of Dec 2020, I asked their representative over call and thereafter on email to stop the services from Jan 2021. I have reminded them several times on email, over call and whats app but they have deducted Rs. 2499 on 22nd Jan. Thereafter I had requested them for refund and again to stop thee services. I am getting standard regular message on email but no action.
Please take action.
