I have bought ticket for me and my family from GoAir from their website together with their travel insurance. My booking reference number is Y6PEPS and travel date is 21st Feb 2021 from Goa to Ranchi. As I paid Rs 159 for all four people for insurance to GoAir and it is also indicated in the air ticket invoice. But they are not sending me the copy of invoice after calling them again and again. As I have paid for the insurance, I want to travel safely but they are not providing me. They are cheating me by providing different phone number every time which doesn't work.
I need the copy of my Insurance report or full refund of the ticket so that I can buy a new ticket for my journey.
