I have booked my ticket Spicejet airlines from Mumbai to Jabalpur dated May 22nd, 2020 which got cancelled due to Covid-19 pandemic
I have got the amount in credit shell which and airlines is simply refusing to return and suggesting to use it by March 2021.
I'm seeking refund as I'm not a frequent traveler and have no travel plans by the allotted time period.
I'm not getting any satisfying answer through customer care agent and have got a response from Spicejet saying 'we regret to inform that we would not be in position to refund the credit shell amount'
Please provide assistance as soon as possible.
