Air Asia Flight no I5 1427 Jaipur to Pune PNR no U2B3KP booking for Mon, 01 Feb 2021, was cancelled by the air lines. Received SMS and also call on 31 Jan 2021 at 19:13 from +91 82095 76446. Person called stated that He is from Jaipur Airport working in Air Asia. Airline did send option to rebook in any flight or claim full refund. I did tried to claim full refund. my request got registered 31 Jan 2021 about 13:00. However received mail at about 13.34 stating your request has been closed that your request for refund will not be processed as you have utilized the one time Service Recovery Option has been offered before. I has also informed to caller at 19:20 hrs about looking into the refund matter and STOP sending SMS for web check in. I was receiving web check in SMS even when flight got cancelled. I called few times and sent SMS on the same number but till today NO RESPONCE. AirAsia airline provided all sort of so called help and customer support, but do not have any official email or any phone number to respond. I called customer no 080-4666 2222 and 080-6766 2222. I hold the call for 21 minutes and NO RESPOND. Only I got recorded message that there is high volume of calls please go to website. I have NO IDEA how to get in touch with airline staff for this refund.
