Consumer Redressal

Air Asia PNR No. N2F8KZ (Delhi to Bagdogra DT 31/05/2020 Flight No. I5-742) This with reference to the above. I booked this ticket through Make My Trip Booking Reference No.: NF78153272674228. I received the e-mail intimation from airlines on 18th May'20 regarding this flight cancelling. Subsequently I applied for the full refund of Rs. 16,749/- through Make My Trip due to flight cancellation by the airlines. But, unfortunately I received the mail from Air Asia on 09th Feb'21 that only Rs. 1,072/- would be refunded. I also received a SMS from Make My Trip on 10th Feb'21 indicating that "booking status reflects as no- show". I would like to confirm here that this is not the case of "no- show". The flight was cancelled by the airlines itself. I received the e-mail from airlines on 18th May'21 clearly mentioning about the flight cancellation. So, this is not a case of "no- show" rather this is a clear case of flight cancellation by airlines themselves.
