Booked a flight on 21st of December to ease my trip .com from Mysore to Cochin. The flight was cancelled due to technical reasons. I have contacted ease my trip and they asked to give a refund request via ease my trip website and I had given the same. Today I got an email saying that AIr India is showing No show so they cant process the refund. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful. Please find the ticket attached.
