I have booked my car Maruti Suzuki Ciaz for transportation from Chennai to Mumbai. The transport company is Agarwal Car Transport Private limited. The car was picked up on January 21st from Chennai and I was told delivery to Mumbai address in 8 days. On 2nd February I was told the vehicle reached Pune and I will get delivery on 3rd February. But till today February 11th, the car has not reached. The company people refuse to pick up calls and blocked my number. One staff picked a call and told vehicle has not reached Pune. Later she also refuse to take calls. Please help
