Consumer Redressal

We have booked three ticket from Chennai to Delhi (PNR KYRL3J) booked 20th March 2020 in Spice jet SG106 amounting total to Rs8220/- The flight did not take off due to pandemic and our trip got cancelled. Its almost about one year they still have not refunded the amount. They are saying we need to utilise it before 31st March else it will be forfeited. I have given the option of either refunding the amount or utilise for my other family members for the travel. They are not agreeing to anything and insist on the same passenger travelling and that too with in specific time limit. This is nothing but cheating taking the customer money and not providing the service for which the money is taken. Appreciate the concerned authorities to help please
