I had booked an air ticket from Kolkata to Chennai for 30/11/2020. Subsequently I cancelled the ticket on 27/11/2020. Air India told me that the cancellation charge will be Rs. 3000/- + Gst per ticket. and hence I will get a refund of something around Rs. 5000/-. Two and a half months have passed, I have not received my refund for the cancellation done on 27/11/2020 still. I had called customer care innumerous times but every time I was told that the refund is on priority but no refund has been received till date. On 4th January, Mr. Sanjay Suri, AirSewa Nodal Officer wrote that it will be credited to my account within 30-35 days.
