Dear Sir, I had Loan With HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCIAL P LTD Loan Account No 3905525065 loan Summary Loan amount 50000 processing fee 1000 Loan recd amt 49000 Loan Interest 28.52 % (PA) Loan Tenure 48 months ( Rs.2230/- Per Month ) (Principal amount 1042/- +Interest Amount 1188/-) 1st emi started from 15 th August 2019 Sir, The Issue is, Till date Month 15 th January, 2021 I Fully Repaid The Monthly Installments 14 . In between Taken Moratorium 4 Emi due to kovid 19. I get in Touch with Home credit India,I Want to Close the Full loan.What They are said You want to Pay the payment of 51000/- for Closing Loan. I am very shocking ,Why i pay this too much amount ? They re-answered Your Loan tenure was increased 66 months due to taken the 4 months Emi moratorium.Also They will not Adjusted any Principal amount in every Emi which I Repaid. I very Confused What i do? I Very Request you Kindly Address me How handled Subject in this regard. Note : My Other Loan Also Same issue in this Finance Company Please do the need full action.
