Complaint against M/s. Travolook. regarding my refund awaited for INR 4919.0 since last 40 days against their cancellation REF801037429 dt 24 Dec '20 . Sir, In reference to above , it may be informed that I had searched on website on dated 24/12/2020 for my flight booking from Indore to Delhi dt 25/12/2020 . Rs. 4919/- were paid by me on Travel Look agency website thro' my Axis bank Credit Card. However, same was cancelled by Travel Look with reason of fare expiration by Indigo vide travolook REF801037429. In this regard, it may be informed that refund for same is still awaited even after more than one month. I have already sent 5 reminders to Travel Look at their customer support email mentioned below. Each time they have acknowledged that refund will be processed for payment within 7-10 days. As I had booked the ticket of Indigo thro' the said agency, I, have requested Indigo to kindly intervene and advise the agency (Travellook) to refund me said amount of Rs, 4919/- only as same was paid by me for the said booking. But M/s. Indigo have informed that they can not help in this matter as no PNR was generated. In view of above, you are kindly requested to intervene and resolve the issue regarding my refund of Rs, 4919/- only. Regards, Ashok Kumar Ph 9818280196
