Consumer Redressal

I had booked two Air Tickets from Hyderabad TO Jaipur (Rajastan.) scheduled flight date 10th of FEB 2021 much in advance some where on 26th of DEC 2020. IN THE NAMES OF 1. T.P.VENKAT RAO 2. MR KURIEN KANANAKATTIL ADULTS SENIOR CITIZES BOTH. I was given to understand that the prices had gone up on the tickets by the time the travel booking agents M/S TRAVOLOOK Gurugaon Haryana, and these agents cancelled my tickets saying my amount of RS 8577/- would be refunded to me by 29th of January 2021 i e after a laps of over one month and 4 day. I did not get any amount as promised by them. I contacted again on 30th Jan 2021 I was given to understand by their Customer care one Mr IMRAN that it would the one more week to get my amount. Are these Air Ticketing Agents rotating public money in guise of these excuses. I am really concerned about this. Is there any Government Agency to prevent such illegal money laundering ?. Kindly suggest. I kindly request you to take up this matter on my behalf. I have seen many people who's monies are not refunded by these operators which probably runs into several lakes if not crores of Rupees. Thanking you, T.P.VENKAT RAO.
