I had purchased sovereign gold bonds through my savings account with ICICI BANK, CENTRAL ARCADE BRANCH, DLF CITY PHASE 2, Gurugram 122002. Due to their poor service I closed my account with them and asked them to transfer my sovereign gold bonds and the interest received by them on it to my HDFC bank account with First India Place, MG Road, Gurugram branch, but to no avail.
