Hi Team, I was booked the flight ticket on 05 Mar 2020 Journey towards Varanasi-Chennai Wed, 10 Jun 2020 The ticket cost around is ₹ 3968. Unfortunately due to Carona virus, all services stopped. Flight ticket was cancelled by Goibibo with out our concern and refunded 292 rupees amount into Goibbbo website wallet. How it is legal, How they can play with customer money. If service not provide, Should refund the full amount. we only paid and loss . Why not provide the Full amount refund to account even service not operated . During pandemic time every one struggled financially not only flight services. Kindly look at the price breakup summary (booked and cancelled). Flight operator is Indigo Airlines 6E-514 Ticket booked by GOibibo website.
