Respected sir,
We sending the grievance for your kind perusal, I purchased land including cost of Rs, 3,14,449/- for infrastructure work paid and registered. in,year of 2016. chennai project. Divyasree Developer and agreement says infrastructure work will be complete within eighteen months from the date of purchased by borrower. If unable to complete the work with in stipulated period, the developers must pay amount Rs. 5/- per sqft. yet the developers is not completed infrastructure work or not paid single rupee till today as per their agreement. The developers are not responding till today and they are threatening us, your people are go to Karnataka CM or PM we do not care, for any minister cannot touch the Divyasree developers.
