I have booked ticket( PNR - CDLNUD/SG,25559514/SG) on 9th jan 2021 on travolook with Buy Zero Cancellation for ₹ 360 and get maximum refund in case of cancellation upto 24 Hrs before departure but i have not get any refund. They told me no refund. Kindly help me .
