I have booked flight for Hyd to ghy dt.19.11.2020 PNR R9VQGG but the same has been cancelled by Goair without my knowledge and refund is still awaited. Trying to contact them but no response so far. Received credit note from them but refund is yet to credit to my Bank account. Pls help
