Dera Sir,
I have surrender my broad band connection with NEXTRA in the month of August 2019 . As per the terms and conditions of the company on surrendering the connection company will refund Rs. 1500/- towards security deposited with in 30 days of surrendering the connection.
I have lodge my request with their customer care as well as with support@nextraworld.com even numbers of time but no action has been initiated by NEXTRA company.
now through this forum i request to resolve my issue with penality on company for not to abide company guidelines .
