i have bought a flat in samia lake city rudrapur uttrakhand
in 2012 and it was resale to sageer khan samia in 2018 july
but till now the sageer khan is not rembursing the coast of my flat which was aggreed 10.5
the initial payments of 2 laks paid in 2018 july, and last august he gave me 2 lak chque but bothe were
bounced 3 times.
sir how can i get my money back. or i wish to refund his money and get my flat back from samia mr sageer khan
please help me
