Good day, I booked my Flight with Spice Jet through MMT in March 2020 for my trip to delhi in May 2020 but due to Covid 19 and pendamic my trip cancelled and airline itself cancelled my all the bookings and deducted my Rs2500.00 amount from my booking payment amount and rest amound fixed in the credit voucher and instructed me to use the same voucher for the next trip with same flight and same passengers and that voucher will be valid till 31.03.2021 only. And now I dont have any planning to travel and I want my money back which Airline have credited as a voucher.
PLs help me in this.
