Bought a flat with SARE homes, lal kuan ghaziabad in 2013, under subvention plan where nothing more was suppose to be paid other than 20% of the cost. Later bank and builder both closed the scheme and now i am paying PEMI for last 4 years with no sign of house possession. Neither do i want it as i took another one. Need builder to just refund my money whatever has been spent.
