Consumer Redressal

With due respect, it is submitted that, I have booked a Pajero to my Home town Trivandrum Kerala through JJ Cargo movers (the screen shot of Company site is a attached) on 19/12/2020. While talking for the contract the Marketing manager of the Company MR Sandeep ( Mob No 8816098149) send a quotation on behalf of the Company ( Copy Attached) and after clarifying everything ie time duration and all for which company marketing Manager promised me to deliver the vehicle in 10 to 12 days( voice bite and Whats app chat details attached ). As per contract I agreed and they send one Tinku Kaushik Marketting Excutive( mob no 7357572788 and 9306268123) and one drvr to pick the vehicle on 19/12/2020 at about 1330 Hrs. After checking the vehicle they prepared the BLTY ( Copy Attached),received Rs 20000 as initial payment, Rs 1000 for fuel and they requested for flooding and I paid rs 1000 for their food and travelling expenses. They collected the vehicle and went to Ludhiana and as per Whats app Chat they transported the car to New delhi on 21 Dec 2020. On regular basis I contacted the manager but he was sharing misleading informations. As per his whats app chat the vehicle was loaded on 23 dec to Bangalore. But till date neither they delivered the vehicle nor giving any correct information of the car. When I enquired about the car to the owner of the Company Mr Rinku Koushik ( Mob No9485575955) he every time gives assurance that I will call back and give the deatails. One day they informed me that the car is in Kochin and one Mohanlal Driver will drop the car to the adresse but nothing happen. Again I contacted after 3 days they told me that one Shahrukh khan will drop the car and shared his no. When I contacted firstly sharukh khan told me that he will start on Saturday night and car has been loaded in the trolley, but after that he never picked up my call. Again we continuasly approached Mr Rinku Koushik and Mr Sandeep to get information they always shared misleading information, Recently they shared an information that Driver Usman Mob no 8225993041 is taking your car to Trivandrum. Firstly Usman told me that they have started to Cochin and will call on reaching there. Then after 2 days he told me that he is in Koimbature and will go shortly. We were in continuous contact with Usman Sandeep and Rinku. But no any out come was visible. When I asked Usman about the reason he told me that the JJ Company didn’t pay the balance amount to the concerned and that’s why the company is not relasing the car. I shared the screen shots send by the Marketting Manager Sandeep but Usman says they are cheating and all are fake screen shots. Sir after making advance payment and protracted discussion they are not delivering ythe vehicle even after 32 days. Request you to lodge an FIR against the company owners and managers for cheating the customers along with the other transporters (Agarwal Tpt Mr Aravind Agarwal for unauthorized holding my car for more than the stipulated time and not divulging the correct information about the vehicle. Request you to send the copy of FIR to the concerned to take up case to cancel their ISO certification and Company registration under suitable act. Case may be forwarded to consumer protection to get the justice as consumer in this deal. Request Lodge an FIR at the earliest and hand over the copy for further necessary action.
