I had transferred 2200 rupees to one of my beneficiary through Googlepay on 5th December 2020, it got deducted from my account but it has not credited to my beneficiary. I had raised complaint in HDFC bank and contacted customer care but no one is not responding properly.

Because of this issue i am loosing confidence online transaction , how we can believe online transcation,
Please take action on HDFC Bank, its kind of Fraud is happening at HDFC bank.
