we were booked on Spice jet flight for May 2020, due to covid -19 we cancelled the tickets ,and the refund was credited to credit shell against PNR with a validity of March 2020, now we do not want to travel due to covid again , Airline is not refunding the money to us and we are informed if we do not use this amount it will go laps /forfeited. How to get back the amount which is laying in credit shell
