I have settled a credit card of icici bank 4 years ago and from the last two years bank person continuously calling for the payment of same card... . Though I have presented the documents I have they are not clearing the case. I need a help to get rid of this problem and I just want a n o c from bank regarding this matter. Kindly tell the process for this.
