Sir, I had booked one flight ticket from Mumbai to Jaipur at travolook.in on 270th October 2020, amount ‎‎4962/- was deducted from my credit card account but ticket could not be processed due to technical issue ‎and the ticket was cancelled. Several times I had called to customer care and email them on 30/12/2020, ‎they assured me that amount will be refunded within 15-20 working days. (due to auto refund),but no ‎refund reference from there side. I have made complain and the complain No. is 470576 dated 18-12-2020 ‎I'm giving all details of ticket. Kindly resolve the issue and proceed to refund the amount 4962/- Travel ‎agency Name- travolook.in Ticket Reference No.- 790732260 Flight No - AI 466 ( Mumbai to Jaipue –to ‎Mumbai) 18 February.2021 and return on 21st February 2021 Refund Amount - 4962/-‎ travelok contact no 0124-643-4800.
