Sir, I had booked one flight ticket from Cochin to Pune at travolook.in on 8th Jan 2021, amount 3953/- was deducted but ticket could not be processed due to technical issue and ticket was canceled. Two times I called to customer care, they assured me that amount will be refunded within 15-20 working days (due to auto refund),but no refund reference from there side.
I'm giving all details of ticket. Kindly resolve the issue and proceed to refund the amount 3953/-
