Dear sir,
i booked my ticket from cleartrip. due to reschedule of flight i cancelled my ticket directly from airline and they processed full refund on 27th november 2020. since than i m regularly following up with cleartrip, but their reply is quite hopeless. on every call they talk afresh and take 48 hr to resove the issue. more than 15 times they have taken time. i am quite harassed with the attitude of cleartrip. It is their practice to hold the money of passenger and use it for long time . pl help
