I have booked three air tickets of Air Asia flight through Akbar Travels on 26/2/2020/ The ticket details are as given below,
1. Travel date - 05/04/2020
2. Airline - Air Asis
3. Airline PNR - PVG8SF
4. Akbhar Travels booking No- AT191429060
5. No of passengers - 3
6. Amount Paid - 7839
I have tried to contact the airline for refund as the flight got cancelled for due to Covid19 lock down but they directed me to the travel agency, AkbharTravels, through whom the ticket was booked. The customer complaint no of Akbar travels is not taking any calls hence I have mailed to them many times, giving all the ticket details, for the refund.
I am not getting any response from them.
I need your help to get my refund at the earliest.
