Dear Sir/Mam,
I took a credit car from Bajaj Finserve RBL Bank and during the initial process they told that there will be no annual fee for 1st year and after 2nd year they will charge Rs 700/- So I gave my details for card and I received that card. But after activating the card i checked the transaction statement, so they have charged Rs 700/-. So during call, they all were telling lie regarding the annual charges. I want to raise a complaint for this.
