Easemytrip has cancelled my flight due to Covid situation. I booked with FREE CANCELLETION INSURANCE, but when initially i was trying to cancel the same, it was showing considering force majeure clause, it is not applicable. Now when due to government order, i received my refund amount, they are not refunding the FREE INSURANCE AMUNT OF 799 what they charged stating their policy for insurance.
This is clear case of cheating.
