I have booked 4 flight tickets for my family to travel from Chandigarh to Hyderabad in Feb 2020. PNR: WB3VST booked through Goibibo.
Due to Covid the flight got cancelled and airlines have asked us to reschedule. But the twist is that Goair gave me only option of rescheduling it to post September. Whereas i was to travel with my family asap.
Inspite of me trying to reach out to their call centre(Was not operational/active), Delhi office(No response) several times, i failed.
I started tweeting to the GOAIR for a early rescheduling of tickets as well as complete refund but there was no response either. I have records of all my tweets to GOAIR to prove it.
The pain, agony which me and my family have to go through because of irresponsible and illogical attitude and rules of GOAIR.
Hence request your good self to look into the matter and arrange immediate complete refund from GOAIR.
