Delayed possession of property
The date committed at the time of booking in March 2012 was July 2013. This delay is disappointing and unexpected to say the least, considering the fact that 95% of the payable amount has already been demanded and collected by Lodha between March 2012 and Feb 2013. The revised date is now Oct 2014, and no reason whatsoever has been provided. The loss is notional by way of interest payments on loan taken.
