Sir, I had booked one flight ticket from indore to bangalore at travolook.in on 25th October 2020, amount 4021/- was deducted but ticket could not be processed due to technical issue and ticket was canceled. Two times I called to customer care, they assured me that amount will be refunded within 15-20 working days (due to auto refund), now two months are over but I didn't get the amount. I'm giving all details of ticket. Kindly resolve the issue and proceed to refund the amount 4021/-
