Sir, This is to bring to your notice,my complaint regarding non-refund of my international flight that was cancelled in Feb,2020 due to Covid-19 by Air Inida.(booked through Goibibo) All my calls are being unanswered by them neither i have received any response from their end. I have been chasing my refund from last 12 months and now my whole record from the goibibo app has been removed. I am left with no option of contacting Goibibo.This is such a irresponsible service at their end. I request you to raise my concern.the ticket amount was 14,000 /-and it is a big sum in this crisis. Despite sending mails, my query has not been resolved yet not even i have received any update in last 12 months. And in such hard times, My money is not being refunded to me for which i am liable to.
