Consumer Redressal

I've booked Flight ticket with Airndia Express with reference PNR:XMNWBO. Travel from Dubai to tiruchirapalli return flight dated 12.11.2020 and 19.12.2020. I've travelled to Tiruchirapalli without issues.But from Tiruchirapalli to Dubai I had excess baggage of 5 Kg's apart from Free baggage allowance. I've seen option to pay for Excess baggage of 5 kg's in their website and I've paid 80.00 AED through online on 18.12.2020 before one day of departure. But on 19.12.2020 @ Trichy airport ,Staff told payment not reflecting on their system and told me to make payment one more time of 1500 inr equivalent to 70 AED and receipt received. I sent mail to Airindia Express customer support but no response still. Please do the needful support and help me to receive payment of one reverse back to my credit card used.
