I had booked a ticket in SpiceJet Airlines through PNR T51YXR using MakeMyTrip portal on 2-MAR-2020 . The booking amount is 31,391/- I have sent email to SpiceJet contacts mentioned in their portal ; they have refused to refund the amount. Please help.
