Dear Sir/Mam,
My PNR is : C9745Z.
Several times, I have asked HaapyEasyGo for transfering my refund amount from Spicejet (Rs. 1852/-) to me, after deducting the applicable charges (if any), being the service provider.
But nothing happened, except the machine generated repeated replies. Now i am annoyed, due to this & feeling like cheated
Already more than one year is over & HappyEasyGo failed resolve my simple issue.
