Consumer Redressal

Hello, I had booked my Dubai tickets via Flipkart. Then i had to cancel my return flight as i wanted to extend my stay. This was not possible on the flipkart app as it was constantly not able to process the request. So i called up Spicejet and got my tickets cancelled. They have refunded my money to Flipkart as per the message received, however when ever i try to call Flipkart customer-care, there is no respond on the hotline number. When i sent them an email requesting them for assistance over a cal they did not bother to read my email and ask me dum things to call the hotline again. Can some one please assist me in getting my refund from Flipkart.Or any escalation contacts whom i can email and get a quick assistance.
