Consumer Redressal

I had booked two tickets for the Go Air flight G8 347 from Mumbai to Kochi on 6th Dec 2020 and paid a sum of Rs 5300/- However I received a mail along with a call and SMS that the flight is cancelled. On trying to contact the helpline numbers they were either switched off or the message came, ‘pl check the no you have dialled as the no does not exist’ I therefore booked two tickets on an Indigo flight costing me Rs 12173/- When tried to cancel Go Air, the flight was showing as operational, again when i tried to contact the helpline no’s I got same message When I reached the airport on 6th morning to board Indigo flight, I contacted the GoAir staff and they informed me it was a human error and to contact the refunds deptt. I have sent a mail to the refunds deptt but there is no response for last 7 days Pl ask GoAir to refund me a sum Rs 12173/- as this was due to no fault of mine. I can forward the copy of the GoAir flight cancellation message as well as the bill for purchasing the Indigo tkts
