We brought furniture (Sectional Sofa cum bed, TV Unit, Wardrobe) from Mr. Prakash Bhati Owner (Rajlaxmi Furniture, 295/A1, D Y Patil Road, Nimbalkar Nagar, Lohegaon, Pune-411047, Mobile -9975205940/9309730270) on 2nd Oct-20. But within Month i.e. on 31st of Oct-20 Sofa got collapsed. We have informed to Mr. Prakash that they have provided inferior quality of furniture and requested to provide refund/replace the furniture with superior quality of furniture but he refused to do that. Further we have waited for more than 1 month for his action but no action taken from their side. Finally we have given written complaint/notice to him to provide refund/replacement but again no response received from him. Now days he is not answering to our calls so we took action to raise the grievance against him as we have spent total 38500 Rupees.
