I am not able to reach out to the Make my trip team for a refund. I had a local flight in Brazil in June this year. Because of Covid and subsequent lockdown, I couldn't attend the flight. I complained to MMT and nobody is picking up. I tagged them on Twitter but nobody responded for the same. Because of unprofessionalism from MMT, I am quite irritated and frustrated and would like to lodge a complaint about the same.
